By adopting a completely made-to-order production system, we can maintain a consistently high level of product quality. Since we do not hold inventory and produce only after an order is placed, we can provide fresh products. About the product
There is a link to "About Size Charts" at the bottom of the site page. Please compare your Japanese shoe size with the American size chart and order the American size that is right for you.

About orders and purchases
Our official shop uses a "made-to-order" system, where products are produced when an order is placed. Therefore, it takes 2-7 business days to produce apparel items, and 14-25 business days to handcraft Italian-made items. Therefore, we estimate delivery time for apparel items to be about 4-10 days, and for Italian-made items to be about 1 month on average.
Our official shop accepts returns and exchanges for defective products, etc. For detailed return policies and procedures, please see the "Returns and Refunds" page.
Yes, you can. Currently, we accept Visa, JCB, American Express, MasterCard, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Merpay, PayPay, LINE Pay, Pay Pal, Shop Pay, convenience store payment (prepayment), bank transfer (prepayment), and deferred payment (Paydy). Please note that any fees incurred by payment methods such as bank transfer will be borne by the customer.
