Cryptocurrency Payment Policy

Our shop has introduced cryptocurrency payments to improve customer convenience and provide a new payment option. Below are important information regarding cryptocurrency payments. Please be sure to read the following before using the service.

1. Payment Providers and Cryptocurrencies Supported

We currently support the following payment services:

  • Crypto.com Pay
    Examples of supported currencies: BTC (Bitcoin), ETH (Ethereum), CRO, USDC, etc.

  • Solana Pay
    Examples of supported currencies: SOL (Solana), USDC on Solana, etc.

* Supported currencies may change. Please check the screen of each service for details.

2. Timing of Settlement and Exchange Rates

  • The price displayed at the time of ordering is based on legal tender (yen) .

  • Cryptocurrency payments are converted based on real-time exchange rates provided by our payment provider.

  • The exchange rate is only valid for a certain period of time. If your transfer is not completed within the specified time, you will need to make another payment.

3. About App Wallet (NEW)

To make payments with cryptocurrencies, you may need to install a compatible wallet app.

  • Crypto.com Pay: Crypto.com app (iOS/Android)

  • Solana Pay: Solana-compatible wallets such as Phantom Wallet and Solflare

When making a payment, you will need to scan the QR code with your wallet.
Please prepare a compatible app on your device in advance.

4. Points to note when transferring money

  • We are not responsible for any transaction errors caused by incorrect address or network input, insufficient remittance amount, etc.

  • Please select the correct compatible network before making your transfer.

  • We do not recommend sending small test amounts. Please send the exact amount shown on the payment screen.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

When using Crypto.com Pay:

  • Refunds will be made in the same cryptocurrency that was used to pay .

  • Crypto.com Pay guarantees that any refund will be the same amount of cryptocurrency as the original payment (minus blockchain network fees may be deducted).

  • Refund process details will follow Crypto.com Pay specifications.

When using Solana Pay:

  • In principle, refunds via Solana Pay will be made in the same cryptocurrency , but depending on the situation, we may offer to refund in Japanese Yen.

  • The possibility and method of refunds will be handled individually depending on the content of the transaction.

6. Payment Security and Privacy

  • Crypto.com Pay and Solana Pay each protect transaction data through secure encrypted communications.

  • Our shop does not store or manage customer wallet information during payment processing.

7. Disclaimer

  • Cryptocurrency prices can fluctuate rapidly, so the Japanese yen equivalent may differ at the time of refund. Refunds made through Crypto.com Pay are guaranteed to be the same amount in cryptocurrency, but with Solana Pay there may be price differences.

  • You may be required to pay cryptocurrency network fees (gas fees).
