Response to the new coronavirus (COVID-19)
Regarding our shop's response to the new coronavirus (COVID-19) ( Last updated: August 19, 2020 )
"XCROSS DASH JAPAN" (hereinafter referred to as "this shop") cooperates with manufacturing partner companies (hereinafter referred to as "partner companies") to print and deliver customer products. We are in regular contact with our partners to ensure that we have the most up-to-date information.
Our partners are still in operation and our shop is still accepting orders. We will take more time than usual to manufacture and deliver, but it is possible to deliver the ordered product.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused to our customers due to the recent situation, but we appreciate your understanding.
If you are a customer, please take care of yourself.
■How many days is the production forecast for orders made in Japan?
We expect 1-3 business days for manufacturing orders made in Japan, and 1-3 business days for domestic shipping. Please note that delays may occur due to the influence of the new coronavirus.
In Japan, we currently manufacture only some prints (DTG).
■How long does it take to ship an order from Europe to the US/Canada?
Shipping from Europe to the US, Canada and Australia can take up to 25 business days in addition to the estimated delivery time. We will update here as soon as there are any changes.
As a countermeasure, orders destined for the United States, Canada, and Australia will be sorted in Europe only if the products in question cannot be processed at our manufacturing bases in the United States and Mexico.
■Will the shipping cost be higher when shipping from Europe to the US?
No, the shipping rates for each region listed on the partner 's shipping information page are the same regardless of where the order is shipped.
For example, shipping a t-shirt to the US costs $3.99, and shipping from within the US or from our European facility is the same.
■Will this affect my order?
We are currently in the process of distributing orders from our partner's manufacturing sites, or from our partner's alternate manufacturing sites, to the most efficient manufacturing sites. Delays are expected for some products.
■What is an alternate manufacturing site?
In order to ensure the conventional order processing capacity, our partner companies have partnered with other vendors to facilitate order processing. At present, partner companies have partnered with a total of eight alternative manufacturing bases in the United States, Europe, and Australia, and are working to secure more bases. With the expansion of partner companies, the management of order distribution will become more stable.
Our partner companies have selected the most highly rated alternative manufacturing bases in the industry that meet the quality standards they require, but the quality of finished products and the number of days required to complete manufacturing differ from the services provided by our partner companies and our shop. Please note that there may be cases. In addition, the production at the alternative manufacturing base is taking longer than usual.
Is it safe to receive shipments from countries with reported cases of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19)?
Yes, an infected person is unlikely to contaminate commercial goods, as well as from shipments that have been moved and exposed to different conditions and temperatures, can transmit the virus that causes COVID-19 symptoms It has been announced that the possibility is also low.
